Who is Deep for?
Deep is built primarily for CrossFit and HYROX athletes who want to improve performance while building a solid foundation for long-term progress. If you practice another sport, Deep can also help you strengthen your fundamentals and reduce compensations.
Is Deep a mobility app?
Deep doesn’t specifically focus on joint mobility. Instead, it targets stabilizer strength, motor control, and correcting imbalances. Deep is designed to complement mobility work — not replace it.
What is accessory work?
Accessory work is a session that complements your training. It’s designed to build deep strength, improve motor control, and correct imbalances that aren’t sufficiently addressed by complex movements. In Deep, accessory work is: - personalized to your actual weaknesses - targeted at weak joints and movement chains - designed to support performance — not to add fatigue
When should I do Deep sessions?
Deep sessions are intentionally flexible: - After a WOD: the most common option — strengthen weak areas without affecting your main session. - On rest days: ideal for working on motor control and stability without metabolic fatigue. - Before a WOD (occasionally): as targeted activation for specific areas. Deep prioritizes quality and consistency — not adding more load.
How long do the sessions take?
Sessions take about 15 to 30 minutes on average. They’re designed to fit easily into your week without compromising recovery.
Does Deep replace a coach or a physiotherapist?
No. Deep is a complementary tool — it doesn’t replace coaching, medical care, or physiotherapy. However, the app is designed to work on simple, controlled movement patterns that are often neglected. It can be used alongside professional support, with a progressive approach.
